My 4th day today......i get a little craving but not all day, only when i stop doing anything....i am doing this cold turkey....can anyone give me a little advice if you have been through it and succeeded smile.gifsmile.gif

It get's easier after about 3 years's when you stop really wanting one all the time. And one puff gets you back to 40 a day.

After about 6 years you only want one when you are really stressed, and it takes a whole fag to get you back to 40 a day.

After about 10 years, you can have a puff a month and not worry about it, and even smoke a whole cigarette and not go back to 40 a day.

You still ocasionally really want one, for ever.
