Anyone on O2 ?

I have been on it for a day and think it is fucking SHIT.

 

The service is shit.

 

Sending normal texts and MMS is shit.

 

Everything is slow.

 

The Customer Service is SHIT.

 

The hand set I got is smart as fuck, but O2 overall - is SHIT.

 

I can't believe it.

i cant say i have any problems with them, but then i'm not welsh

 

 

must admit tho, they werent as good as when i was on t-mobile (this is back when it wasnt called t-mobile - cant remember hte original network name)

My messages are not being delivered.

 

I cannot recieve messages.

 

My messages sending and recieving are DELAYED.

 

The only thng I can just about do, is send and recieve calls.

 

Today, I tried to get in touch with Customer Services.

 

After being on the phone WAITING to get through for 1hour and 15minutes, I hung up.

 

Tried again this evening, took me all of 20 minutes or so.

 

No mother fucker had a CLUE why I am getting a delayed services, nor could they even be bothered to send me a test Text / MMS to PROVE my service is SHIT.

 

Got through to a lovely helpfull gentle man, to whom I asked why the service is poor and not being able to get through to Customer Services for at least 1-2 hours.

 

Apparently they are understaffed.

 

ANYWAY - I didn't go off on one at him - although he was on the deffensive side thinking I was blamming him when I wasn't but then said "you are only doing the job you are told to do - it isn't your fault." Then he said "Life would be alot easier if all customers were as understanding as you are - you are so kind"

 

He EVEN called me back on my land line because he needed to instruct me to go through various settings on my phone. Now THAT is what I call Customer Satisfaction.

 

With that, he sorted my phone out, got the messages working - and he gave me a FREE ringtone for me being understanding / patient and kind

 

Now fuck all is working again !!

I'm on O2. I get 500 free texts per month and 50 free minutes talk time.

 

I admit its not a good service provider but I'm on contract so I have to stay with them for another 8 months.

Maria - I agree with you COMPLETELY

 

I moved from Orange to O2 and since then I am always on hold for at least half an hour when I phone customer services (and they charge you for the call). I phoned them 5 times to sort out MMS and they still haven't, and it took me nearly an hour of being passed from person to person to cancel my SIM card when my phone was stolen.

 

I was very happy with Orange, but went to O2 as they gave me the phone Orange wouldn't for free.

 

But I am moving straight back the moment my contract expires :

orange is the best for customer services.... but their reception is poor so went to T-Mobile - takes a while to get through to their operators though...

 

why cant u have your cake AND eat it???

my o2 phones fine, but ive never been on another network so i am not used to good service
