I sent three texts to my mum last night when she was in work - she aint had any of them - and I have been CHARGED for them.

I think everyone has different perspectives due to who you are dealing with etc..

 

Basically they are all as good and as bad as each other in the end (probably)

 

That said I had such a bad series of service from Orange I cancelled my account in the end. People who know me will know that I never complain at anything and let most walk all over me - but this time, for the first time in my life, I actually wrote a long letter and an email - and still got no response. My phone was 'in for repair' for 3 months (!) AND I was paying phone insurance so later found out I should have got a replacement immediately.

 

Anyway, I'm sure that I was just unlucky - but I reckon most phone companies are shite now following my, and my friends, experiences. That said where would we be without them ? Actually, I'm beginning to wonder if I REALLY need one or not (hence now on pay as you go)

I was on Vodafone before i switched to o2, and i have to say the service is fine, i have delayed texts sometimes, but thats only if i send to a vodafone phone. If i send to T-mobile, orange or o2 they go instantly.

 

I set up the mms last week, and i have only sent two mms messages, and neither of them went through.

 

I find signal reception pisses all over voda, orange and t-mobile. So i always have a good signal, which to me is the best, cos if you aint got a signal, you cant send texts that dont go through can ya! lol

had no problems with 02, been useing them for over 2 years now, its the cheapest for me and there is never any signal problems, (including abroard and at global) i used to be on orange and then t-mobile and then virgin but had many a problem, so il stick to what i know
