Well over 50 a day! I use lycos & o2 for most of mine tho otherwise would be far too expensive - the majority of mine are for arranging meetups tho!

i used to send around 650 texts a month on contract, i dont know now cos i havent a bill to keep tally of them

i dunno, i just know i spend far far too much of them, 95% of my bill are usually text messages.

Another question ...

 

If there was an integrated SMS service on CTW would you pay 3p a message - with no restriction on the number you can send.

 

Currently I believe there are services which allow you to send 10 free a day but no more than that.

 

If you have any other info please let me know.

 

This is really just a question of setting up a service which we can all benefit from. I'm hoping I will be able to integrate the profiles/address books here on the forums with some kind of new SMS icon - like with the PM icon but you can instantly send an SMS to someone you know if offline / out.

 

Then again, if you've got a new moby like Nick G's amazing one (which I'm just gonna have to get ! hehe) then you can use MSN Messenger on your mobile and even get to the CTW site to check your PMs! Handy or what !!

My phone is the SPV - only available on Orange. A few people saw its capabilities on tuesday night when we were out and were impressed ... maybe i should be a salesman, cos i'd have definitely made one sale that night !

I used to send about that many a month, i was running up bills of 80-90 quid a month which consisted virtually exclusively of text messages. I think on one occasion I sent over 60 messages to one person in a day.

Used to know this girl who when we weren't at [censored] and spendin the entire time stood around chattin we were havin text message conversations, really wasn't good for my wallet.

This is no lie, i get 200 texts free a month and i use them within a week, so i usually send about 600 maybe a few more!!
