i killed a spider (at least i think i did!) in the bathroom earlier tonight and its not there anymore! can spiders reincarnate? what if its come back as a big scary cat and come to pay me back? *paranoid*

i killed a spider (at least i think i did!) in the bathroom earlier tonight and its not there anymore!

3 possibilities (in ascending order of un-goodness):

 

(1) It's been blown away / tidied up by someone / eaten by the cat. (If the window's closed, there's nobody else in the house, and you don't have any pets, bad luck!)

(2) It wasn't really dead. It's gone away to hide & plot its revenge!

(3) Its corpse was eaten by a much bigger spider! (Joking aside, spiders do scavenge other spiders.)
