well in the usa.. dunno if you get em where you are but its when it gets really cold and the rain turns into cold freezy stuff that can be ice.. and well very dangerous to drive and even walk on..we are gettin it here so that means i won't be workin cuz of the snow...lol... i think i said it right.. if need be i think i can find you a pic of snow to show you..lmao
