'Newbie' changed to 'New Member !'

It appears people hate being called 'Newbie' so I've changed it to read 'New Member !' from now on. It will then change to blank after 50 posts.

 

Remember, if you want your title changed just ask.

Eh? Whats the difference between Newbie and New Member? I thought the idea of changing newbie was so newbies didn't feel like newbies - or so Jay's point was anyway!
