now i can stay up all nite eek.gif i need 2 get it sorted out .....my sleep that is wink.gif i'm going 2 shut up now hehe

Think after month's of sleepin all day and bein awake all night i've finally managed to get my sleep pattern in the sorta right place, which is good especially as i go back to [censored] tomorrow and bein knackered on first day is just bad

The past 2 weeeks or so ive finally minaged to sort mine out. Ive been goin to bed about midnight - 1am and wakin up anytime from 8:30am - 10:30am. yesss finally got rid of my fooked up sleepin pattern, yaaay! smile.gif
