If it were only clubbing, then there would be no permanent effect on the body clock.

Looks like it'll need some more studying done before any real conclusions can be drawn.

Face it, we're all gonna have mental disorders in the future.

My teenage daughter has been kidnapped, and the people I work with may be involved in both.

I'm Federal Agent Jack Bauer and this is the longest day of my life...

Anyway, I'm off to bed  sleep.gif

maybe it is is, maybe it isn't, still interesting to read tho... i think its possible my short term memory has been affected,(although i could just be shit at remembering things!), which will be interesting to see

I havent touched anything since easter sunday and my sleep pattern is totally fooked up.

On my days off I'm usually....

asleep by 1am,

up again at 3am,

asleep again at 6am,

awake at 8am,

alseep at 9am then finally awake properly at about 4pm.

Its really messing up my head but I'm sure I'll get over it.

Could well be, although my mate has been taking them for a good 10 - 15 years, and he's alright so who knows? scratchy.gif
