Is anyone an expert when it comes to Nero?

I have downloaded some mixes and I have the latest Nero, I wanna put track marks on but I can't work out how to do it. I have done what it says in the help file but the CD still burnt as one!!

Can anyone tell me how to do it properly!?

you gotta pop ya tracks in hon, I did have the instructions but lost them when the old site went down, it is quite simple, just have a paly about, dont hit delete tho
