Really not got much hope that the police will do anythin, but it's worth a try and I'm not gonna sit here and take it cos my life's been turned upside down by people like this in the past & it's not gonna happen again!!

I had the same issue a few months / maybe a year back. A post was put up on here saying I had set up an account for faceparty. To my horror, once I clicked the link it was all pictures that made me look a right ugly ###### (which is untrue of course).

 

I later found out it was Kether fucking about which then led me to the conclusion he only did it because he was jealous of me and the pulling power I have with the birds.

faceparty would have been the first place i would have gone. i don't think that the police may be able to do anything but, i'm assuming, there's probably something in the faceparty UA which forbids people posting pictures of others without their permission.

 

in that case, faceparty could do something about this swiftly.

All photos on faceparty are moderated.

 

You have to pay for an adult account to put up adult photos and to view them too.

 

AFAIK, there's nothing illegal in what he's done. Immoral, yes, but not illegal; unless you were underage when they were taken.

Police can't do anythin...got appointment with solicitor soon to see if I can get an injunction. Really don't want him to get away with this as well as everythin else he's done. Unfortunately I don't know any msg boards he uses (this would be too close to bein honest & truthful!!!!) so can't name & shame him....

 

Just want him to pay....hmmm....at least I've realised how many TRUE friends I've got out of it...shame he's got nothin out of it apart from a cheap thrill & some sick wish to hurt me.

did you contact faceparty yet? reading their terms i can't think of any reason they would not simply remove the offending images at your request.
