to be honest i dont think anyone will listen to what anyone else has to say on this whole subject

 

everyones getting defensive and personal and its gonna get nowhere the critasism (constructive or not) is being taken as put downs so more agro is being thrown back......

 

what if people actually say what can be done to help improve CTW instead of pointing out what they thinks going wrong?

which is exactly what I said a few posts earlier, you know we all keep on how it's not this & we are not doing that, well, FFS lets do something about it & Don, no it is not one persons fault, look at this thread, we are all to blame, maybe if we or some shove the negative attitude away for a while we can back on track!!!

 

CTW has a comments & suggestions forum, why dont we try being positive & use the fecking thing!! sorry angry rant over

id like to see more big meets in the north/midlands (not weekenders though as not many can afford them)

 

even if its evey 2-4 months, would be nice just to see different people make the effort to go to different nights

Kether, I could be wrong here, but I guess Maria has a passion for the site as does James, so if at times she comes across aggressoive, that is probably why, the same with a few of us I guess, probably not intended but, it does get tiresome when peeps repeat stuff but dont get on to sorting it oput

Precisely my point. It's no-ones fault, so fingers should stop being pointed.

 

This whole thread started with Ian saying he didn't feel like posting much on here any more, and did anyone feel the same?

 

How we have got to this point is a sad indication of the site.

 

I totally agree with you about the passion thing. But occasionally, cold, reasoned thinking is the best way to get through things.

Not my problem about the first part - open speech as far as I'm concerned.
