It would be sad to see the most dedicated Members leave, yes. But again, as I say, I won't beg them to say. I speak to most on MSN anyway - and I see them out when we go clubbing. If they are not happy then I would rather them do something that MAKES them happy.

Moderation needs constant tweaking to find a balance that suits everyone (tough task). I guess from experience it's all too easy to take the criticism personally and ignore the genuine points that people are making, resulting in little corrective action being taken.
