i've got to be honnest with you mate - i lost interest very early on. the tracks in themselves were ok but it just felt like the next record came in late (or maybe that was just because i was listening to a hi energy techno set before putting your mix on)

 

the beats didnt sound like they were in. the records wernt sliding mind (in that respect it sounded like they were running at the same tempo), but they did sound a little 'clicky' if you get me.

 

all this might just be down to the 64kbps compression you used. which doesnt really show off peoples mixing skills well at all. if file space is an issue, i'll happilly loan you space on my server for a couple of months to stick on a 128kbps version of your mix?

 

the website was well layed out though - took me no time at all to find what i was looking for. too many DJs have websites that work well in concept, but are impossible to navigate around.

Thanks for taking the time to listen and comment mate - yeah I did reduce the quality of the file so that I could have 2 mixes up there at once.

 

As for losing interest, it is possibly the most down-tempo mix I've done to date I admit - but I like to experiment with different styles, did you listen to the other mix on there? It's a bit more trancey and upbeat.
