In answer to your question - we've had a [censored] load of hassles - firstly software and then more seriously hardware - this has now happened twice on 2 new servers, so we've insisted we get upgraded to a better box with proper 24/7 support - it costs more but then theres no point in having a growing site which is down for hours on end so its deffo worth it - its a much higher spec and we shouldnt see nearly as much downtime. x
