CTW in Ibiza 2003 :: 30th August - 13th September

 

For those of you booking Ibiza with us this year (either 1 or 2 weeks) please could you email or PM me with the following information ASAP for all the people in your party ...

* Are you coming for 1 or 2 weeks ?

I require your £100 deposits ASAP and have set the cut-off date for these for the end of April. If you miss this deadline there are no guarantees that you will be able to book with us. I will inform you of the payment methods when I receive your reply to this email.

 

We can't confirm the final numbers, prices or accommodation until all the deposits are in to secure the booking. The total holiday price is likely to be between £320-£350 for the 2 week holiday period. Those going for 1 week will have to bear with us until we can get a confirmed price on this - it all depends on numbers. All I can confirm right now is that we will be definitely staying in apartments in the San Antonio region. The apartments we are currently looking into booking are in the Escapades holiday brochure - this is available at most travel agents. I will try and get all the information & pictures to you as soon as I can.

 

If for any reason we don't hit the required numbers/flights/accommodation then we will just simply send everyone their deposits back and we will all have to seek holiday deals individually. I'm confident that this wont be the case though!

 

Note: The final payment for the holiday will be due 10 weeks before departure.

 

I've just had a quick look at the list of people who have contacted me so far and there are over 40 who are definitely interested !!! The sooner we can all get deposits in the sooner we can all see the full/final details for the holiday - the plan is for all of us to be in the same accommodation. This is the first time we've tried to arrange this but we're all confident we can pull it off !
