Thats one of the main problems...not enough shag.gif Always guaranteed to loose weight and tone up.

 

I do loads of exercising, I go to a dance studio, swimming and do lots of yoga boxing (Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Thai Chi, Non-Impact Boxing and African Dance). It's just finding all that time though.

It takes months of sensible eating and excercising to really lose weight and inchs from the waist line. It's well worth it though.

live like a student for a month, helps loose wait fast.

 

1 decent meal, some snacks, atleast a hours worth of walkin up sodding hills, lots of dancing, n a small bit of thinkin
