I'm good. Had a tidy and pretty quiet weekend, which was just what I needed. Still popped to Frantic, but apart from that it was bbq, beers and all the way! I even went running yesterday.... SCARY!

 

As for this week - I'm (finally) heading into the studio to (hopefully) nail a new demo... at last!
