I received a letter yesterday saying I hadn't paid a "Penalty Fine Notification" for parking in a restricted area on 9/2/03. I never even got a ticket!!

 

This is not a joke!!

Somebody actually complimented me on my driving today.

 

They left a note on the windscreen.........it said

'Parking fine'

 

so that was nice!

I don't do much on this planet, but David Blaine has taught me that I could do less!!
