CTW Members Blink Posted April 11, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted April 11, 2003 Is there a way to get Reason to output each separate instrument to a separate .wav file for doing further mixing/FX's within an audio/sequencer package. What I want to be able to do is write bits in Reason, then import them into Cunase along with Audio I have recorded externally to achieve a final mix before mastering. Can you bulk export separate tracks, or do you have to export each track individually?
CTW Members Agent Posted April 11, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted April 11, 2003 It has to be done individually in reason m8...... If you have Orion Platinum and rewire reason to it, then you can do this... Bypass the mixer in reason and plug the redrum etc directly into the AUDIO OUT interface, open a mixer in Orion and each of the channels volume will be controled in Orion, then export all channels to seperate WAV files...... Hope that makes sence.... It might work in Cubase if it has its own mixer but i know nowt bout cubase..... CTW Members Blink Posted April 12, 2003 Author CTW Members Share Posted April 12, 2003 I think you can probably wire it up similarly, I am just planning for when I get cubase and reason and a decent soundcard all running in unison on my machine.....I suppose I could just get myself a book in Reason and Cubase, would make more sense!!
