Swallow, i actually dont mind it at all any more, never used to like the thought of it but then once id done it it wasnt as bad as the thought of it!! Plus as jonm says, once u have it in ur mouth itll take u more time to either find somewhere to spit or to turn and spit then it does to swallow it anyway!! Think of asll the protein ur missin out on too!!
