I am actually doing my body an awful lot of good by stress testing it regularly. For this reason my body learns to cope in all manner of difficult situations and is therefore much stronger than one where the person drinks guava juice and nothing else...

You are still more likely to get run over by a car than die from clubbing- increasing the probabilities a little is no big deal.
