Bank Holiday TWIST

I have to say that I am also dissapointed with the Bank Holiday Monday party for Twist Unfortuantely the Orange party at the Fridge was so busy that the management decided to let the overflow come to Fire and took the decision to move the the hard room into room two. It was by no means a "normal" twist as the main room was predominately gay where as room two was the normal twist mix. The FIRE management do not normally allow any form of sex on the dancefloor apart from kissing and persons will be told to get a room! GHB is also a banned from FIRE and anyway caught using it or seen using it will be barred. Its something that the club is working hard on to remove from the club scene. I will personally forward on your comments to the management as I feel that TWIST was let down at the weekend and damage has been done to what is normally London's best after party!

 

Once again sorry (and i'm not paid anything by FIRE/Twist) for the let down on behalf of a club I love!

Everyone was disappointed, we took loads of people there for the 1st time & they all left straight away!! hopefully it will be back to normal next time...

Were these people from club the world or from Lashed in general? Was it also beacuse of the large gay crowd or music?

i actually enjoyed watching Ian M and Karim mix in the second room, made a nice change, at the end of the day i was still in Twist, and i loved it

The security normally do a sweep of the dance floor every 1/2 or so and as I said before anyone caught doing a sexual act would be told to stop! Musically it was excellent it was a shame the crowd and being moved into room two ruined it for LOADS of people!

i really dont like twist, im an open minded kinda gal, but i had some foriegn bloke keep asking me to wank him off for £5, he hung around in the loos and he was in and out the cubicles with blokes and birds must of cost him a fortune,

 

i couldnt even go for a wee without blokes looking over the top of the cubicle, i like my privacy when going for a slash.........a bit of common decency goes a long way in my oppinion

 

and it dont take much to flush used johnnys either....if your gonna be fucking around in the loos (of all places....come on now.....standards ) then at least leave it clean for us that have to use them for legitamate reasons

That was the main reason I didn't like it. I consider myself open minded, but wasn't really keen on the stuff I saw going on in the toilets.

 

That wasn't the only reason I left early though, I did have a BBQ to cook that day & thought it would be wise to have a few hours kip!!

Monday was a one off in terms of the crowd of people etc i'm afraid. Some people do tend to look over the top for some reason which is something I will again flag back to the management. The people who do the smellies and that in the toilets are also supposed to keep them clean but monday was extremely busy for the club but at the end of the day people should be more considerate to others and also not to be so bloody nosey!! I can understand it if someone has been in the loo for a long time as occasionally people have fallen ill/passed out and have had to be removed. Apart from the comments you raised are there any other reasons stopping you going from Twist? As I said I intend to raise all these comments with the management to make them realise they need to look after their Twist punters!

I agree that there are some people that I don't feel comfortable being around in Twist, but then, there are people like that every where you go, and as long as I am with my mates, then I feel comfortable no end.

 

The music at Twist though, is AMAZING.

i didnt even go on monday

 

im on about the few times i have been this has been happening, it has put me off going, and the past few times iv travelled to london i havent gone if thats where everyone else has followed on to, but thats just me, others seem to be able to handle it....i dont, i want to relax and feel comfortable when im at an afters.

 

BTW.... you dont have to appologise for anyone unless you were doing it yourself
