If you're dehydrated the best thing you can do is drink salt water coz it replaces the salt you've lost through .

 

I use to dehydrate quite alot when I was younger and I had to drink alot of salt water. I've never been sick on it.

at school we used to drink loads of salt warter to make us sick to get out of lessons

I never completed a full week at school for the last 2 years there. I found the best thing to do (this is gonna sound disgusting). Eat a piece of soap, its guaranteed to make you chuck.
