can it be possible to choose not to be Gay?

some bloke has just been on Trisha, and he said that he went to his church to be prayed for as he didnt want to be gay anymore........and a few weeks later he said he was strait

 

he said that you choose to be gay, and you can choose not to be especially with the help of god.

 

anyone else see this as a big case of denial?

 

can you choose not to be gay if you pray hard enough?
