Probably quite obvious wot they'll choose.

My teenage daughter has been kidnapped, and the people I work with may be involved in both.

mastectomy, you can have your breast re-built, and a mastectomy is just cosmetic, (so to speak) with a hysterectomy you cant have kids and thats such a big thing for every woman (even if they dont really want kids)
