the camera did cost a considerable amount of money and i spent time making that shot, so without wanting to be a total wank about it, if you want to use this photo somewhere else, then i'll almost certainly let you. please just have the decency to ask me first and let me know where you're using it.

Somewhere between you registering and today you have had a serious sense of humour bypass Tom.

bit of advice for anyone with a digital camera wanting to take laser photos... DON'T.

 

i just found out this shot has permanently damaged a cluster of about four pixels on the CCD on my camera, something which will cost about £300 to repair, unless it gets repaired in the guarantee. it now does this in the centre of all photos:

 

 

so, my advice to anyone else... DON'T RISK IT!!! i didn't know that lasers could damage the ccd but they CAN. along with direct sunlight.
