I've currently got 118 people on msn and trying to keep track of who is who when they don't have a name to go by.. is quite hard!

 

MS should sort it out and add some option so you can easily view who somewhere is without having to look at their PROFILE which might not even exist!

 

they should also add support for offline messages as well... icq/yahoo both have this.
