The Old Firestation in Bournemouth (apart from the fact that I'm one of the ressies ( ), it plays shite pop and dance. They usually run a competition that involves getting pissed birds to get their tits out. I once won a best naked doctor contest there.......just proving how pissed people can get

Yep I agree entirely ..... dirty and generally not a very nice place at all .... its seems to have a very strange atmosphere there too !!! Have you been to the Unit in Sheffield ? I haven't been up there for quite a while, so it may have gone !! What did you think of that ?

Especially the upstairs in Niche - very strange - people hanging arouind in their seperate groups.

Went to the Unit ages ago when insomniacz used to be at Uropa.

What about Area51 - u been in there ? Total dive no 2! Maybe its something about Sheffield clubs!

Yep, Area 51 is not the best either !! There are a few decent clubs in Sheffield though. The venue doesn't matter always though. When I first started going to GateCrasher it was a Wicker arches and that place was cruddy too !! But what made it for me there was the attitude of the bouncers. we got there at about 1:30 and as we walked up the stairs the bouncers said, ' Go on have a tremendous night ' .... and we did .... that was sometime ago now though. Did you ever go there or did anyone else ?

Yes, i did go there but not to Gatecrasher - i went loads when Glasshouse (now in Leeds) was there and also some random one-off events. I really liked the venue, although it was dark & a bit dirty (reminded me of Viaduct in London) it had a wikid soundsystem & a top atmosphere!
