Food poisoning

I've justs noticed that the risotto I've just taken out of the freezer said 'no home freezing' (though presumably I could have safely frozen it at work or elsewhere).

Said dish is now in the oven being cooked.

Will I die?

p.s It is a mushroom risotto if that helps

I bloody love risotto (+ paella too). Should be fine as long as you cook it right through!

Hard to say whether an under-cooked bit would hurt you. Presumably those sorts of instant meals have already been cooked through at some point, but I guess stuff can grow on it during the time it takes to become refrigerated/frozen?

Mushrooms can carry nasty shit I believe; I guess it also depends on what other ingredients are in the meal?

Do let us know if you start vomiting or whatever. smile.gif
