[ CTW Development News ] - mySQL & PHP Corruption

Since I installed the new summary forum page (IIP) I have had a couple of issues crop up ...

1) mySQL tables corrupted - luckily not any important ones so it was easy enough to drop and rebuild them

2) php source being corrupted - somewhat baffled as to how this is happening - the same thing happened with the old gallery software I was running (gallery is now fine by the way as I'm using a commericial product now) - but it had a far worse effect - corrupted unix system commands - bizzare - can only think its some kind of php memory leak.

 

Until I can resolve these 2 issues I will have to take the new 'entrance' page off - this is the only thing which has changed in the last week. It will be back but only when I'm 100% sure the corruption wont happen again - cant be having the board down for 2 days like on this ocassion.

1) i was too fuked sat and sunday to have chatted on the net so i'm lucky enuf not to have been affected by this disruption

2) i found the enterance page really annoying - maybe i'm wrong 4 thinking this but but hay there u go
