We are having a meet up at the services for people driving at 8.00 then another meetup at the venue at 9.00 for everyone to get together with those coming by train.

I think there will also be a meetup inside at an agreed time for those who have missed either meet.

Defo the GC arena but have to see lab 4 and then go and c underworld at the end!!!

I dont reckon ill be able to get to the train station meetup because im goin round birmingham for abit before we goto the NEC. So could we arrange a time and place to meet in the NEC?

The Gurn meets are 2300 and 0300, I think, so as long as they don't clash...

How does meeting midnight sound to everyone?
