I go to see a chiro every so often whenever my back starts to hurt a bit & stops it getting really bad.

Went to see chiro today and he said he needed to do a final adjustment, but it was so subtle that I didn't need to go again... just to get it checked in a few weeks.

me's got a back problem, had it for a long while ( had a car accident a few years ago when a post office truck hit my car, then proceeded to take my car, with me in it, for a three mile drive down a f*&king motorway !!! )

 

 

been chiro, got back sorted..........been gym but my back seems to be kicking out again.........
