A flange is a protruding lip, normally at 90 degrees to the main. The reasons trains dont fall of the tracks is cos they have flanged wheels.

Some girlies have protruding inner lips, but not that many!! I could post posing the question, but that might be a bit much even for you lot!!

(Outer Labia in, inner Labia out) As in you can't show inner labia in a mainstream film, except 'ai no corrida' obviously...egg anyone?
