What the deal with this stuff ? I just saw a promo that when you buy one packet of 'chicken' quorn you get 2 free bbq spare ribs

you know, I used to loive with a vegetairian & we used ti buy Quorn & to be honest with you James it is quite nice, made up in say a sweet & sour or white wine, as you would with chicken, but IMO it is a bit hypercritical, being a veggie yet eat fake meat????

I think the only thing I'd use Quorn for is fish bait, or perhaps ear plugs

not tried the ribs, yuk probably grim, as is sausages & bacon, have you seen it, it looks like fecking cardboard!! But the quorn chicken pieces are actually ok

i'm veggie, but i don't eat much of the quorn stuff, its not as good as some of the stuff out there.

 

I only eat the lemon and black pepper fillets, and the quorn chunks i put in curry

The best things are the Quorn Swedish-style balls, they are lovely and chewy

You know what, when Blondie released that on single, my dad bought it on CD for his work van.

 

Every morning he used to phone me to get up for work. I never used to set my alarm clock as my dad would always rng me on his way to work to get me up at 06.45.

 

He would have that song on in the van, up very loud, forward it to the part where I just put in your quote, and ring the house phone downstairs untill I got up out of bed to go and answer the annoying thing, and I would hear 'Mariiiiaaaa You gota see her" EVERY MORNING down the phone WITHOUT FAIL.
