this board makes me sick

I don't know if it's the colours, but when I have had a big weekend, I am sat at the puter for an hour or so, and start feeling sick.

 

It happened after Ibiza, and was the same yesterday, and today to a lessor extent.

 

After the 1st time, I didn't connect the 2, but after yesterday, I felt all sicky after catching up on the posts, left the puter and felt better, same thing tonite.

 

ne1 else had anything similar.

 

This is a genuine question, and maybe should have been in the serious section.

Change your colour scheme. I did, when I found out that you could, and now it's much nicer to post.

 

Go to My Profile, then under Main Configuration go to Edit for Display preferences. You can choose a different colour scheme under the "style sheet" box.

 

I'm using "ClubTheWorld Space" at the moment and it's nice and dark.

Check the refresh rate on your monitor - if its set wrong it could give you headache & make u feel sick.

if u spend alot of time on a pc get a tft monitor, they dont blink like a crt, some people are prone to crt related sickness and some colours can worsen the affect sounds like this to me i have more information on thisi f u wanna know oh and another thing, it could be as simple as u need glasses just to use on ur computer, i know tft monitors are expensive but they dont fook ur eyes, i use a pc with tft and a laptop all day and i have no trouble, hopefully i have been some help there is loads more it could be but i dont wanna go on and on im already sounding like a boff so im gonna shut it rite about now !!!
