What does he do for a living?? Does he av ne ting he can sell caus if you've borrowed it to him then it is 100% his responsibility!! Wot kind ofa friend is he?? How well do ya know him - i.e. do you both know where each other lives?? Well I'd say get a way to threaten him and get a few windows ed, etc to prove ur not bluffing if it's not gonna caus u ne hassel (which it probably would). But maybe get some kind ofa physical threat instead!!

If he lives with his parents, why don't you have a word with them, hopefully you'll get more sense out of them, and find out if they really were stolen.

If they were, you might be able to pry some cash out of them, play up the whole responsibility angle.

How well do you know this guy ? I don't think I'd ever lend my decks to someone unless I knew them really well.

I knew him quite well thru clubbin, known him for years!! Im gonna get my cousin to drive me down for a word with him to find outmore then if nothin comes from that ill have a word with his parents and then if nothin comes from that im just gonna have to have a think about what to do next, he has his own decks and some vinyl but theyre [censored] decks and not as much vinyl as i had.

 

I could also ask my ex bf who is a copper my legal standing on this if i can get hold of him, or if anyone else knows anythin about this?!?!

 

Im lookin thru my insurance documents now to see what cover i have too, tho my insurance was only sorted last week, i know i am covered away from home but i dontk now to what extent and if it would be dodgy claiming so soon!!

Iv had another thought, if they were moved from the original house cos were inthe way apparantly, they obviously had transport to move them so why the [censored] didnt they drive them down to mine?? They know where i live and they know i was tryin to get transport to pick them up even tho theyd told me when they borrowed them that theyd bring them back anyway!!
