Wub's Recipe for Hash Bread

 

(makes one loaf)

 

300ml natural yoghurt

50ml milk

450gr Self raising flour

50gr Bulgar wheat

an eighth

 

sieve flour and wheat togther.

 

Crumble in hash.

 

Make a well in the centre of the powder, then add the yoghurt and milk into it.

 

Stir until a thick sticky paste.

 

Place on greased oven tray, and bake for 40mins @ gas mark 7.
