always put the word (sarcasm) in brackets to avoid any confusion...

 

i.e. The Hippodrome is the best club in London (sarcasm)...

 

it also means you can actually insult people and pretend you are being sarcastic (and they wont even be able to tell!)

surely ketamine is no good for amputations.

i may be wrong, but i thought it sedated your body, but kept your heart rate as normal.

 

it would be best to slow the heart rate for operations to stem blood flow.
