had a superb weekend- thought the atmosphere was brilliant at the Cross last night... and loads of us lot out too.

 

Just had six hours sleep- the first since thursday so it's all a bit emotional at the moment.

 

Far too many names to mention- you know who you were- and if I shared some shape cutting with you then even more thanks.

 

James... you appeared to be somewhere around Jupiter when I last saw you... nice work (given I was on orbiting Saturn it was comparatively easy to spot you!)

I bloody love it when it's warm enough to sit outside. What an absolutely buzzing atmosphere, one of my best Serious nights yet!

Serious in the summer rules! Was great seeing so many of us together in the garden.

 

Didn't have my usual energy due to getting battered earlier than expected at Edition and also through hauling Mr Cashman through the tube network and onto the Cross in one piece!

 

As ever, the family just keeps on growing and growing

A fantastic night - not too hot for me this time and out the back was lush. As you say REALLY nice atmosphere there, and I finally got to see the infamous Si Patterson who I must say I'm extremely impressed with - its not often that I enjoy a set ALL the way through like that - sheer quality.

 

Was great to finally go clubbing with Andy as well !

 

I didnt stay right until the end but at least I was there until about 5am which is bloomin good for me these days - just goes to show what a great venue it is...

 

But what's all this I hear about it being shut down in 2 years due to development ? However I later found out from another source that it wont be shutting down / relocating and will stay there - anyone got any ideas on this ?

 

Now that Summer is finally here I've got my drive back to get out much more !

 

Good to see you Russ - indeed I felt like I was on some mission that night, solar panels have finally worn out now though

It was supposed to be, to make way for the new channel tunnel link that they are building, but they've since decided that the cross was far too much of a good venue to give to the bull dozers

By the time i got to Serious at about 1am most of you were already pissed, some more than others!!

 

I had a good night, so nice to be able to sit in the garden and not be freezing cold. As ever it was great to see everybody.

 

Stu - we didn't have a chance to chat on Saturday we'll have to do it another time.

 

Colin - You made me chuckle when you said i'd gone into mumsy mode and started looking after everybody. It's not just mumsy anymore it's nurse mode!!

 

Ian - hope you gt home ok, you were well prepared for the journey though with your can of lager.

 

Hopefully see you all again in two weeks for Seriousworld, i've got to be extra specially good at week until i know i've got some time off work.
