one way of torturing cats is by putting lots of clothes pegs on their fur (not skin!) then you can watch them trying to shake them off

A good way to annoy a cat is to grab it's tale, get a sturdy footing and swing, swing, swing like a Olympic Hammer Thrower and let the cat fly a distance of around 50 meters. That cat will be proper peed off.
