It would seem unlikely that life on our planet was the only life to evolve in the Universe.

 

So I'd say there is life out there, just that we'll probably never meet any, due to the enormous distances involved.

there was an article in this weeks local news paper about UFO's being spotted over my college, however its being investigated as a hoex because college performing art students are putting ona production which is based around UFO's and stuff adn they think its some crazy promotional stunt

wen i was 16 i went to stay at a boyfreinds house n we was sat in a beach hut n at bout 11:30 i noticed wat i thort was a bright star or aeroplane, it stayed motionless for bout 1hr then all of a suddon it moved towards us slowly at first then it shot accross the sky n disapeared...................

i remember walking home from college about 6/7 years ago through this park, it was winter so it was really dark, and quite low in the sky moving slowly was 3 red lights in a triangle, never seen anything like that before, but i wasnt uneasy about it, just mesmerised(sp), cant remember where it went now tho, think it just disappeared behind some buildings in my eye line...

I think aliens do definately exist somewhere, and i dont think the distance involved would be a problem, it would to us, but maybe they are more advanced than us and have a better fuel that lets them travel faster than we can at the moment

i believe as well that we are "not alone" in this universe of ours, and that both the moon and mars were colonised before we even sent probes to the two planets.

there is almost certainly life on other planets i think, the only thing is that most of them will probably be single celled organisms and not intelligent lifeforms as we think of it
