just because he was an asshole to certain people, doesn't mean he should be banned. cos he was funny.

 

if the price we have to pay for a msg board which has interesting posts, is that a few other people are genuinely offended, then that is a price i a prepared to pay.

JAY DID NOT MAKE HIS POST AT ANY TIME.

 

do a search of all posts, keyword 'viva' (as an example of a word used in the proposed post) - no such post exists. Phil made this post as joke, i assume, posting what Jay would stereotypically have said. James, you misunderstood.

 

Moderators, please can you reverse the decision as Jay has not made an attack on the board as Phil suggested. You might also want to consider action against Phil for wrongly quoting a member deliberately (if you're really gonna do things by the book).
