how to keep a Zip up?

having problems with my zip (in my jeans) it was really hard to get up & down so mum told me to rub the lead from a pencil up & down the zip.....and sure enough it worked great......a bit to great, now the bloody thing wont stay up

 

anyone got any bright ideas to help please

Oh no - try a bit of hairspray on it hun to stiffen it up !

well tempory option use a safety pin, but easyiest option but some new ones

jodie......these jeans are brand new (well, 4 weeks old but to me thats new) and the dearest item of clothing i own, i have no intention of making them redundant just yet thanks

i have got exactly the same problem with my black trousers

 

does hairspray actually work then???

it has with mine, but i use that Garnier HARD GLUE stuff dont know bout normal hairspray

It should do, I use it on tights when they snag to hold them together - so I am thinking that it could help with the jeans.

buy jeans more appropiate to your waist size
