Cigarette cravings only tend to last for a few minutes - whenever I have a craving I just tell myself that it'll go soon and it generally does.

 

So, like, your body says 'I want a cigarette', and your mind replies 'no I don't, I don't have a craving'... sounds a bit weird when written like that, but hopefully you get what I mean!!

When you have a craving....find something to do to keep your mind of it....that worked for me when i attempted to give up....but unfortunatly i went out and started up again:(
