normally ive only ever asked for 1 reviewer, 1 photographer and 2 djs - like 4 or 5 max guestlist!

 

reece has never wanted to give many places as he says its all based on how many ticket we sell - if we sell 50 (which we will never) then we could have like 10 guestlist etc.. etc..

 

having said that i know carl and others have sorted out their own guestlists with him seperately so i'm very confused about the whole thing

 

my line was to not take the piss with it basically - especially after once sarah got a list of 10 people but it was all her mates !

 

i think as a minimum we should let each dj have a +1 for their g/f or b/f

 

problem with the whole ticket thing is that everyone is now on guestlists of some sort and we dont sell any tickets and reece aint happy - its precisely this that i can no longer be botehred with - i'd rather just do promo stuff for them and we get sets in return and do away with the whole ticket side as we cant win. (i.e. do what we do with frantic)

Right James, firstly, let Reece be unhappy as he likes, because end of the day it is not your fault, he provides a £10 paying guestlist, which is advertised everywhere, of course people are gonna go for this rather than £15, as you say, he would be better doing a £10 paying list through us like Frantic!!

 

Also I think as you say, it should be you & maria, the dj's + 1 & a reviewer on the free list, not anymore & 1 or 2 comp winner/s.

 

Also, a few of our members dance for him & they get free entry & then sort free for their friends, there is not much we can do about this, so i suggest possibly saying to Reece about doing a £10 guestlist rather than £15 tickets

The only name needed now is Ali's +1, as soon as we have that, we can email all names through & any idea of comp, I sent you a question, needs to be up really, would you like me to post it up?? & is it for 1 or 2, I reckon just one for now as tik sales are not great

 

really comp questions should go up at least two weks prior to the events, you not think??

yeah, a £10 paying guestlist would be much better as we would be able to proove how many we are bringing along to the event better
