I enjoyed the tunes, i thought they were quite good, but less than impressed with the mixing!

yeh it is phil, im really liking this cd, but his mixing is a bit shoddy, but then, who am I to say ought, I cant mix for toffee

Agreed the mixing wasnt all that, but thats not what i was loving about this cd. I do just love every track on the cd. And as Phil said the out takes had be rolling on the floor.

totally, I can honestly say there isnt a tune on there, I do not like, funny thing is, Tony played this the other morning, when Baz & Maria were here & we were, all abit worse for wear & i was hating it, had to turn it off, however on listening again properly, I love the funky tech sound

Think this cd came about at a time when Ferg was just getting into his "proper" techno sound. He hadnt quite grasped the concept of the different mixing style needed when playin techno.

 

I have seen him play out a few times since then, and have to say he hasnt got any better to be honest.

Good cd. Gets to hard 2wards the end. Not "swingy" enough like the funky sound.
