well if you're jaw starts moving potasium sorts it out. Remember grandads shoulder was messed up and ya mum suggested potasium replacement? Same here it helps stoppin it.

Strange. Low potassium usually causes muscle fatigue, aches and cramp. Grandad was recomended potassium because he was suffering severe cramp, caused by his poor potassium intake.

al that's right it causes aches and pains. which is exactly what we get from constant jaw movement. Icke_m0nster told me why exactly cant' remember now.

Strange, is it a reaction to anything else? You earlier suggested that the teeth grinding was due to low potassium, but you've since said that your jaw muscles become fatigued due to grinding. Is the jaw grinding a side effect of anything else?

well your jaw has muscles. not everyone does it also, some peoples jaws just shake.
