Fred the baddie (aka birdsnatcher) has been arrested in what can only be described as a snatch attempt at the local primary school in La La land. He was arrested at 4-30 this afternoon when he was caught hiding in blue room painting area, trying to perv on young artists.

 

At this time we await cooment from Fred himself, although a close friend described his beahaviour as ''common place''.
