CTW Members Bukey Posted May 19, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted May 19, 2003 Change of plan! I'm doing Norf! Phoned my mate this morning about his birthday celebrations on Sunday @ Subway... Wasn't sure whether I was gonna try and convince him to come to Norf as Subbers will be rammed, and although the music will be good there'll be loads of cheesey lovers in there too for the likes of Lisa from Steps (who?) who's on in the upstairs room as it's Pride - that is unless they decide to do their classic and stop the hard house for the fluffy acts to use the main stage, which they've done in the past... Grrrr.... And although the music will be good, it'll nowhere near the quality of Norf. The other option was to try and get out of it with some excuse, but I'd feel bad lying.... *But* before I could say anything, he explained that he'd decided to move his celebrations to the Saturday night in Subbers instead, as he was going to watch rugby in Wales somewhere on Sunday... So with my place booked on a minibus, and my ticket paid for, I'll be there!!! This also means I may be staying for a bit of Afters @ Subway on Saturday night, depending on bank balance and on minibus departure time.... I also believe that Andy Farley's doing a 6 hour set @ SLAG on Friday night... Oh, and then there's mates to meet for Pride.... Eeeek. No sleep then! It's gonna be a great weekend....! With the Thursday afternoon and Friday already booked off for the Manc meet up, and Monday as Bank Hols, I'm wondering if I should be booking Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning off too and regenerate inbetween Monday and Thursday...? See ya all there!!!!
